MGMA Average Radiation Oncology Medical Director = $258,000
The MGMA released a report last week based on a survey of 1,529 medical director positions. The report found compensation varied dramatically by specialty and ownership models with radiation oncology averaging $258,000 and non-surgical specialists averaging $72,000.
